Reality is that we live in a world of stress, toxins and general disappointments. Yet our bodies are meant to be healthy and whole. There are lots of things we can do to be healthy that don’t require medication or surgery. We just need a little help and encouragement.

Initial Consult

This is an opportunity for you to get to know me, to explore what you would like to focus on and what direction you would like to take in a Christian environment.

Pricing Per Session

  • $45 – One (1) 50 min session with 1 individual. This is an opportunity for you to explore health and wellness concerns in a confidential setting in a Christian environment.
  • $30 – One (1) 60 minute session with a group of 3 or more people. This session is conducted with a small group, enabling participants to benefit from the input and experiences of others.
  • $160 – Series of Four (4) sessions for 50 minutes with 1 individual. This option allows you to secure 4 future sessions, with specific dates to be determined after the initial visit.
  • $280 – Series of Eight (8) sessions for 50 minutes with 1 individual. This option allows you to secure 8 future sessions, with specific dates to be determined after the initial visit.

I have certification in health coaching through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. I have studied nutrition, anatomy and physiology through Full Body Systems which is a part of Functional Nutrition Labs. I hold an undergraduate degree in Therapeutic Recreation. I have worked in various settings assisting clients with exercise, nutrition, leisure awareness, stress issues, weight loss, and weight loss management. 

Functional medicine helps many people get unstuck with their medical issues by taking a broader look at their lives as a whole. Functional medicine does not replace traditional medicine, but it looks at problems differently.

Stress management and sleep are related. A good night’s sleep improves the body’s ability to deal with stress.
